Under Armour Flag Football Presents:

South Tampa 4th-8th Girl's Grade Flag Football Camp

Registration is now open for the South Tampa 4th-8th Girl's Flag Football Camp.  Many parents are enrolling their daughters in non-contact flag football, which is one of the fastest growing mainstream sports.  South Tampa Under Armour Flag Football has the first all girls divisions (4th-5th division and 6th-8th division).  This flag football camp will position participants well ahead of their peers. The goal for this 2 hour camp is to expose participants to the widest range of flag football skills as preperation to this upcoming season.

Administering the camp will be UA Commissioner Justin Rudolph and UA Director TJ Lane. Combined they have 25 years of experience with youth football and multiple Florida State High School Championships on their resume while at Plant High School.

Skills that will be taught and practiced:

  • Correct football stances
  • Flag pulling
  • Ways to avoid getting flag pulled
  • Route running/ ball catching
  • Covering routes
  • The importance of being a great teammate
  • Ways to be a leader
  • Ways to role-model sportsmanship
  • The importance of competing on the field
  • The importance of competing in the classroom

At the conclusion of this camp, participants will have the increased confidence to compete in any flag football game.
